
RSA® SecurCare® Provider Program
To take full advantage of the new RSA SecurCare provider benefits, be sure to download and complete the new RSA SecurCare Provider agreement and send it to the address below before October 1st 2006. Contact your distributor for more details on how this might affect your partner benefits when reselling RSA SecurCare maintenance contracts.
The RSA SecurCare® Provider Program offers RSA SecurWorld Solutions Partners the opportunity to maximize profits and enhance end-user relationships.
In order to qualify for this program a Solutions Partner must deliver first-line support and maintain technical certification for supported products. RSA SecurCare Providers must maintain a knowledgeable technical support resource through technical certification training and through experience with RSA Security products. In return RSA Security will provide level three support to RSA SecurCare Providers through a combination of phone and web support, and provide appropriate credits through an authorized RSA SecurWorld distributor.
This is an optional program, starting October 1st for RSA SecurWorld Solutions Partners only. Partners wishing to be considered as an RSA SecurCare Provider should download and complete the "RSA SecurCare Provider Program ("SCP") Agreement", found within the Maintenance & Renewals section of the RSA SecurWorld Partner Portal, and mail to:
